Insulin Lispro Recombinant falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Agaricus Mushroom interacts with.

Theoretically, taking agaricus mushroom with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
In one clinical study in patients with type 2 diabetes who are stabilized on conventional oral hypoglycemic agents, 3 of 29 patients taking an agaricus mushroom extract 500 mg three times daily for 12 weeks reported hypoglycemia, compared to one of 29 patients in the placebo group.

Here's the gist: Humalog (insulin lispro) is a fast-acting mealtime insulin that lowers your blood sugar. Agaricus mushroom may have a mild blood-sugar-lowering effect of its own. Put the two together and there's a theoretical chance your sugar could dip lower than expected, which we call hypoglycemia. With lispro, that can show up pretty quickly as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.

I want to be honest about the evidence here. This is mostly based on how the mushroom might act, plus one small study where a handful of people on diabetes pills reported low sugar. It's not a strong signal. Concentrated supplement capsules are more likely to matter than mushroom in a meal. If you'd like to try it, check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your readings.
