Insulin Lispro-Aabc falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Agaricus Mushroom interacts with.

Theoretically, taking agaricus mushroom with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
In one clinical study in patients with type 2 diabetes who are stabilized on conventional oral hypoglycemic agents, 3 of 29 patients taking an agaricus mushroom extract 500 mg three times daily for 12 weeks reported hypoglycemia, compared to one of 29 patients in the placebo group.

Here's the gist with Lyumjev (insulin lispro-aabc): this is a fast-acting mealtime insulin that already lowers your blood sugar quickly. Some early research hints that Agaricus mushroom might nudge blood sugar down a little on its own. If that's true, stacking it on top of your insulin could push your sugar lower than you intend, which means more risk of a low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Signs to watch for are shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling suddenly weak. To be clear, this is mostly theoretical, based on how the mushroom may behave, and only a handful of people in one small study reported lows. I wouldn't panic. But if you want to try the mushroom, check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your glucose readings so your insulin dose can be adjusted if needed.
