Ertugliflozin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Agaricus Mushroom interacts with.

Theoretically, taking agaricus mushroom with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
In one clinical study in patients with type 2 diabetes who are stabilized on conventional oral hypoglycemic agents, 3 of 29 patients taking an agaricus mushroom extract 500 mg three times daily for 12 weeks reported hypoglycemia, compared to one of 29 patients in the placebo group.

Here's the gist: Agaricus mushroom may have a mild blood sugar lowering effect of its own. When you pair it with ertugliflozin (Steglatro), which already pulls extra sugar out through your urine, the two together could nudge your blood sugar a little lower than expected. In one small study, a few people taking an Agaricus extract reported low blood sugar episodes.

To be honest, this is mostly a theoretical concern based on how the mushroom behaves, not strong proof. Ertugliflozin by itself rarely causes hypoglycemia unless you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea. Just keep an eye out for shakiness, sweating, or dizziness, check your readings if you start a supplement, and chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
