The piece of your CoActifed that matters here is the pseudoephedrine, the decongestant. Pseudoephedrine works by stimulating alpha-adrenergic receptors, which tighten blood vessels to clear a stuffy nose. Butcher's broom appears to gently nudge those same receptors. So in theory, taking them together could add up and push that effect a little harder.

What might that look like? Things like a higher blood pressure, a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, or trouble sleeping. Honestly though, this is a theoretical concern based mostly on lab and animal studies, not real patient reports, so for most people it's likely minor. Still, if you have high blood pressure or heart issues, check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.
