Theoretically, caprylic acid might increase plasma concentrations of warfarin.
In vitro research suggests that high doses of caprylic acid might displace warfarin from albumin binding sites. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for warfarin and caprylic acid. In a test tube, high amounts of caprylic acid seemed to bump some warfarin off the proteins it normally clings to in your blood. More free, unbound warfarin floating around could, in theory, make your blood thinner than intended. With warfarin, that might show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a higher INR reading.

I want to be honest though: this is purely a theoretical concern from lab work, and it has never actually been reported in people. Still, warfarin is a drug where even small shifts matter, so I'd keep food-level coconut intake as usual and simply check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting a concentrated caprylic acid supplement so your INR can be watched.

What Is Warfarin Used For?

Brand names: Coumadin, Panwarfin, Sofarin

Warfarin sodium tablets and Jantoven tablets are both used to prevent and treat venous thrombosis (blood clots in the veins) and pulmonary embolism (a clot in the lungs). They are also used to prevent clot-related complications in people with atrial fibrillation (an irregular heart rhythm) or who have had a heart valve replaced.

In people who have had a heart attack, warfarin is used to reduce the risk of death, another heart attack, stroke, or other clotting events. It does not dissolve an existing clot, but it helps prevent the clot from growing and stops new dangerous clots from forming.
