Prazosin already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels, and it is especially known for causing dizziness or even fainting, particularly with the very first dose or when you stand up quickly. The concern here is that caprylic acid might add to that blood-pressure-lowering effect, in theory nudging your pressure a little lower than expected.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes mainly from animal research and the reasoning of how the two might behave together, not from real-world human cases. Food amounts (like coconut oil in cooking) are very unlikely to matter. If you're considering a concentrated caprylic acid supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, and watch for lightheadedness or unsteadiness.

Prazosin hydrochloride capsules are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of serious cardiovascular events, including strokes and heart attacks.
