ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Caffeine
Aspirin, Caffeine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Chaga interacts with.
In vitro and animal research suggests that chaga extract can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
The aspirin part of Anacin is what matters here. Aspirin already works by making your platelets less sticky, which is exactly how it thins your blood. Lab and animal studies hint that chaga may do something similar by slowing platelet clumping. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or have a harder time stopping a bleed, like a nosebleed or a cut that keeps oozing.
I want to be straight with you though: this is only a theoretical concern. It hasn't actually been seen in people, so the real-world risk is likely small. Still, if you take Anacin regularly or have any bleeding issues, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding chaga.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Caffeine page
“Anacin combines aspirin with caffeine, so supplements can hit it from two directions, and a few of the 347 on this list deserve real respect. The biggest group, over 200 ingredients, can raise bleeding risk on top of aspirin's blood-thinning effect; beer and wine carry major ratings because alcohol plus an aspirin-type drug makes stoma…”
