Kazano combines two medicines that already lower your blood sugar: alogliptin and metformin. The concern here is simple addition. Kinkeliba (Combretum micranthum) tea has shown some blood-sugar-lowering activity in early human and animal studies, so sipping it alongside Kazano could push your sugar lower than you intend.

If that happens, you might feel the classic signs of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia): shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a fast heartbeat, or sudden hunger. To be clear, this evidence is still preliminary and the effect is only possible, not certain. A cup of tea now and then is unlikely to cause trouble, but stronger or regular use could. Please don't change anything on your own. Just chat with your pharmacist or doctor and keep an eye on your readings.
