Here's the simple version. Kinkeliba tea seems to lower blood pressure on its own, and bisoprolol is already doing the same job by slowing your heart and relaxing your blood vessels. Stacking the two could push your numbers down a little further than expected. This isn't about the tea changing how your body breaks the drug down, it's just two blood-pressure-lowering effects landing at the same time.

So if you drink this tea while on bisoprolol, watch for signs your pressure dropped too low: feeling dizzy or lightheaded (especially standing up), tired, or unusually faint. The evidence here is fairly thin, so I wouldn't panic, but please don't start or stop either one on your own. Check in with your pharmacist or doctor, and a home blood pressure monitor can help you keep an eye on things.
