Aldoclor combines two blood pressure lowering medicines: chlorothiazide (a water pill) and methyldopa. Kinkeliba tea has been shown in some research to lower blood pressure on its own. So when you sip it on top of these medicines, the two effects can stack up and push your pressure down a little too far.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly. The water pill side can also nudge you toward dehydration. This isn't a sure thing, and the evidence here is fairly limited, but it's worth watching. Please don't change anything on your own. Just check in with your pharmacist or doctor, and have your blood pressure measured if you decide to use kinkeliba regularly.

Here's the situation with kinkeliba tea and your Aldoclor (which combines chlorothiazide, a water pill, with methyldopa for blood pressure). Chlorothiazide already makes your body get rid of sodium and extra fluid. Early research suggests kinkeliba may also push sodium out through the urine. Stack the two together and you could lose a bit more salt than expected, which can drop your blood sodium too low (called hyponatremia).

If that happens, you might feel unusually tired, dizzy, lightheaded, headachy, or even confused or crampy. To be fair, this is mostly theoretical and based on limited evidence, so it's not a strong red flag. Still, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding the tea, especially if you ever feel off.
