Methyltestosterone Buccal falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Comfrey interacts with.

Theoretically, comfrey might have additive adverse effects on the liver when used with hepatotoxic drugs.
Due to its pyrrolizidine alkaloid constituents, comfrey can cause hepatotoxic effects, including ascites, cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, hepatomegaly, and sinusoidal obstruction syndrome.

Here's the concern with these two together: both can be tough on your liver. Comfrey contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids, plant compounds that are known to damage liver tissue, which is why comfrey should never be swallowed. Methyltestosterone is an oral (buccal) form of testosterone that your liver also has to process, and this class of anabolic steroids is well known for causing liver strain, including raised liver enzymes, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), and in rare cases liver cysts.

Stacking two liver stressors could add up. The good news is this warning is theoretical, based on how each one works rather than reported cases together. Still, I'd play it safe. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before pairing them.
