Mosunetuzumab-axgb falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Cordyceps interacts with.

Theoretically, concurrent use of cordyceps might interfere with immunosuppressive therapy.
Animal and in vitro research suggests that cordyceps stimulates the immune system. However, limited clinical research suggests that taking cordyceps may lower the necessary therapeutic dose of the immunosuppressant cyclosporine, which suggests that cordyceps may have an immunosuppressive effect.

Here's the situation with Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab) and cordyceps. Lunsumio isn't a pill your liver has to break down. It's an antibody given by infusion that works by helping your immune system attack certain lymphoma cells. So this isn't a classic enzyme interaction. The concern is more about how cordyceps might nudge your immune system in one direction or another.

Honestly, the evidence here is thin and mostly theoretical, drawn from lab and animal studies plus a little work with a different drug (cyclosporine). We don't have real data pairing it with Lunsumio. Because Lunsumio relies on a carefully managed immune response and can cause serious effects like cytokine release syndrome, I'd play it safe. Please run any cordyceps product past your oncology team before starting it.

Mosunetuzumab-axgb is in a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It works by killing cancer cells.
