Alogliptin, Pioglitazone falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Dragon Fruit interacts with.

Dragon fruit might lower blood glucose levels. Theoretically, it might have additive effects when used with antidiabetes drugs. This might increase the risk of hypoglycemia in some patients. Dose adjustments to diabetes medications might be necessary.
Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, metformin (Glucophage), pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.

Here's the simple version: Oseni combines two diabetes medicines, alogliptin and pioglitazone, that work to lower your blood sugar. Dragon fruit may also nudge blood sugar down a little. Put them together and you could, in theory, end up with a bigger drop than you bargained for. Watch for the usual low blood sugar signs, like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, a racing heart, or feeling foggy and irritable.

Honestly, this is a mild and mostly theoretical concern, and the evidence is on the weaker side. Eating dragon fruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated extracts or large amounts are more of a question mark. If you check your sugars or notice them running low, just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before changing anything.
