Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Canagliflozin
Canagliflozin falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Dragon Fruit interacts with.
Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, metformin (Glucophage), pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: dragon fruit may nudge your blood sugar down a little on its own. Since canagliflozin (Invokana) is already working to lower your blood sugar by helping your kidneys flush out extra glucose, eating a lot of dragon fruit could, in theory, add to that effect. For some folks that might mean blood sugar dips lower than expected.
The good news is that the evidence here is on the weaker side and the concern is mostly theoretical. Enjoying dragon fruit as a normal food is very unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated extracts or large amounts are where I'd be a bit more careful. Canagliflozin alone rarely causes lows, but if you also take insulin or a sulfonylurea, watch for shakiness, sweating, or dizziness, and check with your pharmacist.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Canagliflozin page
“Canagliflozin (Invokana) lowers blood sugar, and that is precisely why this list deserves genuine care. Nearly every ingredient on it works on glucose one way or another: most can push it too low when stacked with the drug, while a few, niacin among them, raise it and work against the medicine.”

Dragon fruit is a colorful tropical fruit that is a nutritious, low-calorie source of fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants.
