Here's the basic idea with Amjevita (adalimumab-atto): it's a biologic that works by calming down an overactive immune system, which is exactly what you want when treating things like rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's, or psoriasis. Eleuthero, on the other hand, is thought to stimulate immune activity. So in theory, taking eleuthero could push against what your medication is trying to do, possibly making it work a little less well and letting symptoms like joint pain, swelling, or flares creep back.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not from real people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Before adding eleuthero, just run it by your doctor or pharmacist so they can weigh in for your situation.
