Mephenytoin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Eucalyptus interacts with.

Theoretically, eucalyptus might increase the levels of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that eucalyptus oil might inhibit CYP2C9, although this has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Mephenytoin (Mesantoin), an older anti-seizure medicine. Your body relies partly on a liver enzyme called CYP2C9 to break this drug down and clear it out. Lab and test-tube studies hint that concentrated eucalyptus oil might slow that same enzyme. If that happened in real life, Mephenytoin could clear out more slowly and build up, which might bring on more of its typical side effects like drowsiness, dizziness, unsteadiness, blurred or double vision, and clumsiness.

The reassuring part: this is only theoretical, based on lab data, and has not been seen in actual people. The faint scent from a vapor rub or lozenge is very unlikely to matter. Still, since seizure meds need steady levels, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using eucalyptus oil products, and never swallow the oil.
