Truxima (rituximab-abbs) is a medicine that quiets down part of your immune system by clearing out certain B-cells. The idea behind this interaction is that fermented milk, which contains live probiotic cultures, may gently nudge your immune system in the opposite direction. In theory, that could work against what rituximab is trying to do, possibly making it a touch less effective.

Here is the honest part: this concern is theoretical, based on how things work in the lab rather than on real patient outcomes. A serving of yogurt or kefir is very unlikely to undo your treatment. The bigger caution is that rituximab weakens your defenses, so if you are significantly immunocompromised, talk with your doctor or pharmacist before taking concentrated probiotic products.
