Prevpac is a combo pack (lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin) used to knock out an H. pylori stomach infection and let an ulcer heal. The piece that matters here is lansoprazole, which the body partly clears using a liver enzyme called CYP2C19. Lab studies hint that feverfew may slow that enzyme down, which could let lansoprazole build up a bit and possibly bring more of its usual side effects, like headache, nausea, or stomach upset.

The important part: this is only a test-tube finding and hasn't actually been seen in people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since you're taking this combo to clear an infection on a set schedule, it's worth a quick word with your pharmacist or doctor before adding feverfew.

Prevpac is a combo pack used to clear out H. pylori stomach infections. The piece that matters here is clarithromycin, the antibiotic, which the body partly clears using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Feverfew, in lab dishes, looks like it might slow that same enzyme down a bit. If that happened in real life, clarithromycin levels could nudge upward, which might mean more stomach upset, a metallic taste, or in rare cases effects on your heart rhythm.

That said, this is only a theoretical concern from laboratory work. It has not actually been seen in people, so I would not lose sleep over it. Since you are taking a short antibiotic course, it is easy to just hold off on feverfew until you finish. Run it by your pharmacist or doctor to be safe.
