Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under QT INTERVAL-PROLONGING DRUGS — the group Arsenic interacts with.

Arsenic trioxide can prolong the QT interval.
Up to 40% of patients treated with prescription arsenic trioxide have a prolonged QT interval on their electrocardiogram (ECG). Theoretically, non-prescription arsenic could have an additive effect when combined with drugs that prolong the QT interval.

This combo pack, sold as Prevpac, includes clarithromycin, an antibiotic that on its own can stretch out the heart's electrical reset time (what doctors call the QT interval). Arsenic, especially the kind used as prescription arsenic trioxide, does the very same thing. Put them together and the effect can add up, which in rare cases can lead to a dangerous irregular heartbeat with symptoms like a racing or fluttering heart, dizziness, or fainting.

Here's some perspective: this concern is mainly about concentrated arsenic, not the trace amounts in everyday food. You shouldn't be taking arsenic on your own anyway. If you're on Prevpac and have any heart rhythm history, please check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
