Rimegepant falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group German Chamomile interacts with.

Theoretically, German chamomile might inhibit CYP3A4 and increase levels of drugs metabolized by these enzymes.
In vitro evidence shows that German chamomile might inhibit CYP3A4. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans. However, there might be an increase in the levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 in patients taking German chamomile.

Here's the gist for Nurtec ODT (rimegepant): your liver clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4. German chamomile, in test-tube studies, looks like it can slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in real life, rimegepant could hang around longer and build up a bit, which might mean stronger effects or a higher chance of side effects like nausea or stomach upset.

The honest part: this is only based on lab data, and it has never actually been reported in people. An occasional cup of chamomile tea is very unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated capsules or extracts would be more of a question mark. If you use chamomile regularly, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on things.
