Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Greater Celandine interacts with.

Research in vitro shows that chelidonine, a constituent of greater celandine, inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) enzyme activity. Theoretically, greater celandine might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
Some drugs metabolized by CYP2D6 include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and many others.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo: the codeine part of your medicine is actually a prodrug. Your body has to flip it into morphine using a liver enzyme called CYP2D6 before it can ease your pain. Greater celandine appears to block that very enzyme, at least in lab dish studies, so it could keep some of your codeine from turning into the active painkiller. That means you might get less pain relief than expected.

The aspirin and phenobarbital pieces don't lean on this pathway the same way, so the main concern is weaker pain control. Honestly, the bigger reason I'd steer you away from greater celandine is its link to serious liver injury. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.
