Aclidinium Bromide falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Iboga interacts with.

Theoretically, iboga might decrease the effectiveness of anticholinergic drugs.
In vitro research shows that iboga can inhibit acetylcholinesterase and might increase acetylcholine levels. However, the constituent ibogaine does not appear to have this effect.

Here's the idea behind this one. Aclidinium (Tudorza Pressair) is an inhaler you use to open up your airways in COPD. It works by blocking a chemical messenger called acetylcholine in the lungs. Some lab research suggests Iboga might do the opposite, pushing acetylcholine levels up by slowing down the enzyme that breaks it down. If that happened in real life, it could theoretically work against your inhaler and make it less effective, meaning more wheezing, tightness, or shortness of breath.

I want to be honest, though: this is shaky evidence, only seen in a test tube, and ibogaine (the main active piece of Iboga) didn't even show this effect. Bigger picture, Iboga itself is unsafe and illegal here, with real heart rhythm dangers. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything new with your COPD treatment.
