Here's the gist with kudzu and your Roszet (which combines rosuvastatin and ezetimibe). Both of these cholesterol medicines are processed through the liver and can, in rare cases, nudge your liver enzymes upward. There's a theory that kudzu may also be hard on the liver in some people. Put them together and the worry is simply that two liver stressors could add up.

I want to be honest about the strength of this one: it's based on pharmacology, not solid human studies, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before pairing them, and keep up with any routine liver bloodwork.
