Hydrocodone, Ibuprofen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group L-arginine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of L-arginine with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of bleeding.
Preliminary research suggests that L-arginine infusions reduce platelet aggregation in humans. The clinical significance of this effect is unclear.

Here's the thing with Vicoprofen: it pairs hydrocodone (an opioid painkiller) with ibuprofen, which is an NSAID. The ibuprofen part already nudges up bleeding risk a bit because it affects how your platelets stick together and can irritate the stomach lining. L-arginine may, in theory, also make platelets a little less sticky by way of the nitric oxide it produces.

Put those two together and the worry is a slightly higher chance of bruising or bleeding, things like nosebleeds, stomach upset, or dark stools. I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based on how these substances work and some early infusion studies, not on solid real-world proof. For most people it's a minor concern, but if you have ulcers, take a blood thinner, or notice unusual bleeding, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
