Chlorthalidone, Clonidine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group L-citrulline interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of L-citrulline with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the chance of hypotension.
L-citrulline is converted to L-arginine, which can increase nitric oxide and cause vasodilation. However, a meta-analysis of 5 small clinical studies suggests that taking L-citrulline 3-6 grams daily for 1-8 weeks does not lower blood pressure when compared with control.

Your combo pill pairs two blood pressure lowerers: chlorthalidone (a water pill) and clonidine (which calms the nervous system signals that tighten blood vessels). L-citrulline works through a different route, turning into L-arginine and nudging up nitric oxide, which relaxes vessels a bit. Stack those together and, in theory, your blood pressure could dip a little lower than expected.

Honestly, the evidence here is on the soft side. A pooled look at several small studies found L-citrulline didn't really move blood pressure much at all. So this is more a watch it than a worry about it situation. If you do try it, keep an eye out for dizziness, lightheadedness when standing, or feeling unusually tired, and check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
