Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Clinafloxacin
Clinafloxacin falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Lacticaseibacillus Paracasei interacts with.
L. paracasei preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. paracasei preparations by at least two hours.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the simple version: Clinafloxacin is an antibiotic, and antibiotics don't pick and choose. While it's fighting the bacteria making you sick, it can also kill off the friendly, live bacteria in your L. paracasei probiotic. The result is that your probiotic just won't do much while you're on this medicine. This is the only real concern here, and it goes one direction: the antibiotic weakens the probiotic, not the other way around. Your Clinafloxacin will still work just fine.
The easy fix is timing. Try to space them out by at least two hours. Keep in mind this is based on how these things work in theory, not hard proof, so it's a low-stakes issue. Still, your pharmacist can help you set up a schedule.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Clinafloxacin page
“If you have been prescribed clinafloxacin, a quinolone antibiotic, start with the four interactions rated major, because they all do the same thing: apple, grapefruit, and orange juice, along with activated charcoal, can sharply cut how much of the drug you absorb, and an antibiotic that never reaches your bloodstream cannot clear the…”
