Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Pazopanib
Pazopanib falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Larch Arabinogalactan interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with pazopanib (Votrient): larch arabinogalactan is a fiber that some researchers think may gently nudge the immune system to be more active. The worry on file is that this could theoretically push against medicines meant to calm the immune system. The catch is that pazopanib isn't really an immune-suppressing drug. It's a kinase inhibitor that slows kidney cancer cell growth, so this category-based concern doesn't fit it neatly.
Honestly, this flag is theoretical and based on how things might work in the lab, not on real cases with pazopanib. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since pazopanib is a serious cancer treatment, please run any new supplement past your oncologist or pharmacist before starting it.

About Pazopanib
What Is Pazopanib Used For?
Brand name: Votrient
Pazopanib tablets — sold as the brand Votrient and as generic pazopanib — are used to treat two types of advanced cancer in adults: advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC), the most common form of kidney cancer, and advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS) in patients who have already received prior chemotherapy.
Important limitation: Pazopanib has not been shown to work in adipocytic soft tissue sarcoma (a subtype involving fat cells) or in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs), so it is not used for those cancers.
