Theoretically, oregano might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research shows that aristolochic acid isolated from oregano leaves has antithrombin activity. It has also been reported that oregano oil inhibits arachidonic acid-induced, and ADP-induced, platelet aggregation.

This combo product already contains aspirin, which is itself an antiplatelet drug that makes your blood a little slower to clot. The concern here is about adding concentrated oregano oil on top of it. In lab studies, certain oregano compounds appear to slow platelets from clumping together, the same general action aspirin has. Stacking two things that thin the blood could, in theory, raise your bleeding risk a bit more, think easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding (aspirin is already hard on the stomach).

Keep in mind this is theoretical, based on lab work rather than real patient cases. Sprinkling oregano on your food is not a worry. Concentrated oregano oil supplements are where I'd pause, so check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
