Here's the good news first: Bromfenac (Prolensa, BromSite) is an eye drop you use after cataract surgery, so very little of it gets into your bloodstream. The interaction on file talks about palm oil possibly nudging blood platelets to clump a bit more, which could in theory work against blood-thinning drugs. Bromfenac is grouped with that category because NSAIDs can affect platelets, but as drops in the eye it has almost no effect on your overall blood clotting.

This concern is mostly theoretical and based on weak evidence, so eating palm oil in normal food amounts is very unlikely to change how your eye drops work. If you take a concentrated palm oil supplement or any actual blood thinner, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor to be safe.
