Belladonna, Ergotamine, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Peony interacts with.

Theoretically, use of peony may increase the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that peony suppresses the metabolism of clozapine via weak-to-moderate inhibitory effects on CYP1A2 and CYP3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Bellergal-S combines three active ingredients, and one of them, ergotamine, is cleared from your body partly by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab and animal studies hint that peony may gently slow that enzyme down. If that happened in people, ergotamine could build up a bit more than usual. With ergotamine that matters, because too much can cause nausea, tingling or coldness in the fingers and toes, leg cramps, and in rare cases problems with blood flow.

Here's the honest part: this concern comes only from test-tube and animal research, not from real patients, so it's theoretical. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since ergotamine has a narrow safety margin, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
