Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Phlorizin interacts with.

Phlorizin is a potent, nonselective inhibitor of SGLT1 and SGLT2. It has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels in animal research. Theoretically, phlorizin might have additive effects with antidiabetes drugs and increase the risk of hypoglycemia. However, the likelihood of this effect is unclear due to the poor bioavailability and rapid degradation of phlorizin. Monitor blood glucose levels closely. Dose adjustments might be necessary.
Some antidiabetes drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), insulin, pioglitazone (Actos), rosiglitazone (Avandia), and others.

Here's the basic idea: insulin already does the heavy lifting of moving sugar out of your blood. Phlorizin works in a totally different spot, blocking the kidneys and gut from holding onto sugar, so more leaves through your urine. Stack those two together and they could push your blood sugar down further than either one alone, raising the chance of a low (hypoglycemia). That can show up as shakiness, sweating, a racing heart, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.

Now, the honest part: this concern is theoretical. Phlorizin is barely absorbed when swallowed and breaks down quickly, so we don't have real human evidence it causes lows with insulin. Still, since insulin is potent, I'd want you to keep checking your sugars and loop in your doctor or pharmacist before adding anything.
