Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Bromazepam
Bromazepam falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Poria Mushroom interacts with.
Animal research shows that poria mushroom extract has sedative properties. This interaction has not been shown in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Bromazepam (Lectopam) is a benzodiazepine, so it already slows down your brain and nervous system to ease anxiety. It can leave you feeling drowsy, foggy, less coordinated, or relaxed to the point of sleepiness. The concern here is simple: Poria mushroom may have its own mild calming effect, so stacking the two together could add up and leave you more sedated than you expect.
I want to be upfront, though. This is a theoretical worry based mostly on animal studies, and it has not been shown in people. So I'm not ringing alarm bells. Just keep an eye on extra drowsiness or trouble concentrating, especially before driving, and check in with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Bromazepam page
“Bromazepam (Lectopam) is a benzodiazepine prescribed for anxiety, and because it already slows the brain, anything else with a sedative pull can tip ordinary drowsiness into something dangerous. Eight of the 99 supplement and herbal ingredients here carry a major rating, and those eight are where I would start.”

- Sleep and calming support

Poria mushroom (Fu Ling) is a fungus long used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, mainly as a mild diuretic and digestive and calming aid. Modern scientific evidence in humans is very limited, so its benefits are not well proven. It is generally considered well tolerated, but talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, and avoid it in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to a lack of safety data.
