Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Propolis interacts with.

Theoretically, propolis might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
In vitro research shows that propolis water extract and the propolis constituent, caffeic acid phenethyl ester, can inhibit platelet aggregation. Additionally, evidence from an animal model shows that taking propolis in addition to warfarin decreases INR, suggesting that propolis can decrease the effectiveness of warfarin.

The product you're asking about combines aspirin (a blood thinner that keeps platelets from sticking together) with two antacids that buffer stomach acid. The interaction here is really about the aspirin part. Lab studies suggest propolis may also slow platelet clumping on its own, so stacking it with aspirin could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher.

In real life this might show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a cut that takes longer to stop. That said, the evidence is weak. It comes from test-tube and animal work, not solid human studies, so I wouldn't be alarmed. Still, since both affect bleeding, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding regular propolis supplements.

Aspirin is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains from headaches, backaches, muscle aches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, the common cold, and minor arthritis pain. It also temporarily reduces fever.

Some coated aspirin tablet products note that, under a doctor's supervision, aspirin can help prevent another heart attack or stroke in adults who have already had one. Because of their delayed-release design, those coated products will not give fast relief for headaches or other symptoms needing quick relief.
