Nortriptyline falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Resveratrol interacts with.

Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with resveratrol and your nortriptyline. One of the liver enzymes that helps clear this medication is called CYP1A2. In test-tube studies, resveratrol seems to slow that enzyme down a bit. If that happened in your body, nortriptyline could clear out more slowly and build up, which might mean stronger effects or more side effects like dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, dizziness, or a faster heartbeat.

The reassuring part: this is only seen in lab studies, not in real people, so it's more theory than proven problem. Nortriptyline does have a fairly narrow safe range, though, so small shifts can matter. If you're thinking about adding resveratrol, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
