Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Syrian Rue interacts with.

Theoretically, Syrian rue might decrease the effects of anticholinergic drugs.
Syrian rue contains harmine. Animal research suggests that intravenous administration of harmine potentiates the effects of acetylcholine or increases acetylcholine levels.

Here's the gist for Bellophen/Susano: the belladonna part works by quieting acetylcholine, a nerve-signaling chemical (that's the anticholinergic action that calms cramping in the gut). Syrian Rue may push in the opposite direction. Lab and animal work suggests its harmine can raise acetylcholine levels, so in theory it could blunt how well the belladonna does its job.

If that happened, you might notice less relief from stomach or bladder cramping. Keep in mind this is theoretical, based mostly on animal data, not real-world human reports, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, Syrian Rue carries its own toxicity risks and isn't something to self-dose. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
