Glycopyrronium Tosylate falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Teazle interacts with.

In vitro research suggests that teazle extract can inhibit acetylcholinesterase activity. Theoretically, concurrent use of anticholinergic drugs and teazle might decrease the effectiveness of teazle or the anticholinergic agent.

Here is the gist: lab tests hint that teazle may block an enzyme called acetylcholinesterase, which has the effect of boosting your body's natural "rest and digest" signals. Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) works in the opposite direction. It dampens those same signals at the sweat glands to cut down on underarm sweating. So in theory, the two could partly cancel each other out, meaning your antiperspirant cloths might not work quite as well.

Keep this in perspective. This is only a theoretical concern from test-tube studies, not from real patients. Qbrexza is applied to the skin and mostly stays local, so a tincture taken by mouth is unlikely to cause much trouble. Still, if you notice your sweating isn't controlled like before, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.

Brand name: Qbrexza

Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) cloth is used to treat primary axillary hyperhidrosis — a condition where the underarms sweat excessively without a clear medical cause. It is approved for adults and children as young as 9 years old.

Qbrexza is applied directly to the underarm skin and is not approved for sweating on other parts of the body.
