Here's the simple version: both Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) and belladonna work the same way, by blocking a chemical messenger called acetylcholine. When you stack two things with this anticholinergic action, the effects add up. So even though Qbrexza is a wipe you put on your underarms, combining it with belladonna could push you toward more of the classic drying side effects.

What that might feel like: dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, flushing, or a faster heartbeat. This concern is based on how these compounds behave rather than firm studies, but belladonna is genuinely risky on its own. Please don't take belladonna without first checking with your doctor or pharmacist, especially while using Qbrexza.

Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) cloth is used to treat primary axillary hyperhidrosis — a condition where the underarms sweat excessively without a clear medical cause. It is approved for adults and children as young as 9 years old.

Qbrexza is applied directly to the underarm skin and is not approved for sweating on other parts of the body.
