Here's the simple version: cyclizine (Marezine) is an antihistamine used mostly for motion sickness and nausea, and on its own it already carries mild anticholinergic activity. That means it can dry you out and cause things like dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble emptying your bladder, drowsiness, and a faster heartbeat. Belladonna brings its own dose of those same drying alkaloids to the table.

Stack the two together and those effects can pile up. You may feel more dehydrated in the mouth, more constipated, dizzier, or notice your vision getting fuzzy. In older folks this combo can also cause confusion. This concern is based on how the two work rather than hard clinical proof, but it's a sensible one. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing belladonna with cyclizine.
