Here's the thing about pairing belladonna with chlorprothixene (Taractan): they push in the same direction. Chlorprothixene is an older antipsychotic that already has its own anticholinergic, or acetylcholine-blocking, activity. Belladonna's alkaloids (atropine, scopolamine, hyoscyamine) do the very same thing, so stacking them can add up.

What that looks like in real life is more of chlorprothixene's typical bothersome effects: dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble emptying the bladder, a fast heartbeat, dizziness, and feeling foggy or confused (especially in older folks). This concern is based on how these drugs work rather than hard study data, so think caution, not panic. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
