Here's the basic idea with this pairing. Belladonna carries natural compounds (atropine and related alkaloids) that block acetylcholine, giving it what we call anticholinergic effects. Aminoglutethimide is grouped with drugs that have some of that same activity. So when you take them together, those drying, slowing effects can stack up. Think dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble emptying your bladder, a faster heartbeat, dizziness, or feeling foggy and confused, especially in older folks.

I'll be honest, this one is theoretical, based on how the two behave rather than strong real-world reports, so it isn't a guaranteed problem. Still, belladonna products are unpredictable and can be genuinely toxic, so don't add one on your own. Please run it by your doctor or pharmacist first.
