Oxymorphone falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Theacrine interacts with.

Theoretically, theacrine might alter the effects of CNS depressants.
Animal research shows that low doses of theacrine have sedating effects, whereas high doses might have stimulant effects. Depending on the dose of theacrine used, it might increase or decrease the effects of CNS depressants. However, these effects have not yet been reported in humans.

Here's the honest picture on combining theacrine with oxymorphone. Oxymorphone is a strong opioid pain reliever that slows the central nervous system, easing pain but also causing drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion, and low blood pressure. Theacrine is a caffeine-like stimulant, so on paper you might expect them to pull in opposite directions.

What we actually know is thin. In animal studies, low doses of theacrine acted sedating while higher doses acted stimulating, so it could theoretically either add to oxymorphone's drowsiness or work against it. This has not been shown in people, so it's a theoretical concern, not a proven one. Because oxymorphone is potent, I'd still play it safe and check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.

What Is Oxymorphone Used For?

Brand names: Numorphan, Opana, Opana ER, Opana Injection

Oxymorphone Hydrochloride Tablets (immediate-release) are used to treat acute pain severe enough to require an opioid when other pain treatments are not enough. Oxymorphone Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets are used to manage severe, persistent pain that needs to be treated with a daily opioid over an extended period and when other options are inadequate.

Both forms are reserved for situations where non-opioid medicines or other approaches have not worked well enough. Oxymorphone Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets are not meant to be taken on an as-needed basis — they are for ongoing, around-the-clock pain management only.
