Aripiprazole falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Theacrine interacts with.

Theoretically, theacrine might alter the effects of CNS depressants.
Animal research shows that low doses of theacrine have sedating effects, whereas high doses might have stimulant effects. Depending on the dose of theacrine used, it might increase or decrease the effects of CNS depressants. However, these effects have not yet been reported in humans.

Here's the honest picture with theacrine and aripiprazole (Abilify). Aripiprazole works in your brain to steady mood and thinking, and it can have a mild calming or sedating side. Theacrine is a caffeine-cousin stimulant, and in animal studies it acted in a funny way: low doses seemed to calm, while higher doses revved things up. So in theory, mixing the two could nudge aripiprazole's effects in either direction, perhaps a bit more drowsiness, or a bit more restlessness, jitteriness, or trouble sleeping.

The key word here is theoretical. This concern comes from lab and animal work, not real human reports, so I wouldn't be alarmed. Still, since stimulants and antipsychotics can pull against each other, please run theacrine by your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.
