Here's the thing to know about pairing thymus extract with Temsirolimus (Torisel). This isn't a chemical clash where one changes how the other is broken down. The concern is about infection risk. Temsirolimus is a kinase inhibitor used for advanced kidney cancer, and like other drugs in its family, it can lower your immune defenses and make you more prone to infections.

Thymus extract comes from raw cow (bovine) thymus glands, which can carry germs if it isn't purified. So if your body is already less able to fight off bugs, a contaminated product could be riskier for you. This is a theoretical caution based on how the product is made, not proven harm. To be safe, I'd skip it unless it's certified pathogen-free, and please check with your oncologist or pharmacist first.
