The interaction on file is really about oral products that share the digestive tract with your thyroid hormone, where minerals can grab onto the hormone and block its absorption. The Aluminum Chloride you're asking about (Drysol, Driclor, Anhydrol Forte) is a topical antiperspirant you roll or dab onto your skin, usually to control heavy sweating. It works right where you apply it and isn't meaningfully absorbed into your bloodstream or swallowed.

So in real life, putting an aluminum chloride antiperspirant on your underarms shouldn't change how your thyroid extract is absorbed. The thing to watch for, side effects like skin stinging, itching, or irritation, stays local to your skin. If you ever take an oral aluminum product, that's a different story, so check with your pharmacist.
