Finasteride, Tadalafil falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Vitamin E interacts with.

Theoretically, vitamin E might induce metabolism of CYP3A4, possibly reducing the levels CYP3A4 substrates.
Vitamin E appears to bind with the nuclear receptor, pregnane X receptor (PXR), which results in increased expression of CYP3A4. Although the clinical significance of this is not known, use caution when considering concomitant use of vitamin E and other drugs affected by these enzymes.

Here's the short version: this combo pill pairs finasteride (which shrinks the prostate) with tadalafil (which relaxes blood vessels to help with urinary symptoms and erections). Both are partly broken down by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. The concern with vitamin E is purely theoretical, based on lab pharmacology, not real patient cases. In test settings, vitamin E may nudge that enzyme to work a little faster.

If that happened, your body might clear these drugs slightly quicker, which could make them less effective (think weaker relief of urinary symptoms). Honestly, this is unproven and food or normal-dose vitamin E almost certainly won't matter. If you take high-dose vitamin E supplements, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
