Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Yin Chen interacts with.

Theoretically, yin chen might enhance the therapeutic and adverse effects of other CNS depressants.
Animal research shows that yin chen has sedative effects and can reduce motor activity and impair balance and coordination. When used in combination with pentobarbital, yin chen increases sleeping time when compared to pentobarbital alone.

Here's the gist for combining Yin Chen with oxycodone. Oxycodone is a strong opioid pain reliever that already slows down your central nervous system. Yin Chen, at least in animal studies, seems to have its own calming, sedating effect. So the worry is that stacking them could deepen that drowsiness, possibly leaving you more groggy, dizzy, lightheaded, or unsteady on your feet, with slower breathing in the worst case.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. The evidence here comes only from lab and animal research, not from people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Still, since slowed breathing with opioids is serious, I'd run this combination past your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.
