Aspirin, Caffeine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Zizyphus interacts with.

Theoretically, zizyphus might decrease the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP1A2.
Animal research shows that zizyphus induces CYP1A2 enzymes. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

The caffeine part of Anacin is the piece to think about here. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP1A2 to clear caffeine out of your system. In animal studies, Zizyphus (jujube) seems to speed that enzyme up, which would clear caffeine a little faster. In plain terms, the pick-me-up and alertness boost from the caffeine could feel weaker or shorter than you expect. The aspirin part isn't really affected by this.

The good news: this is only theoretical, based on animal and lab data, and it has never been shown in real people. Eating jujube as a fruit almost certainly won't matter. If you're using a concentrated supplement and notice a difference, just check with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
