The evidence for this product's ingredients varies. Biotin is likely effective for biotin deficiency but shows only insufficient evidence for the other conditions it's studied for.
The three probiotic strains have insufficient evidence for most of their studied uses—including cognitive function, depression, anxiety, and hay fever. B. bifidum shows possibly effective evidence for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and respiratory tract infections.

How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Biotin is generally well tolerated, even at fairly high doses, because your body removes excess through urine. A small number of people taking high-dose biotin have reported mild diarrhea; one case report in France involved eosinophilic inflammation of the lining around the heart and lungs, though it's unclear whether biotin, another supplement in that person's regimen, or other factors were responsible.
The probiotic strains are generally well tolerated in healthy people, but those with serious illness or weakened immune systems should be cautious. Rare cases of infection from these probiotics have been reported in critically ill patients.
Minor gastrointestinal effects like bloating, flatulence, and abdominal discomfort have been reported rarely with the Bifidobacterium strains.

Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking Lactobacillus helveticus with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of L. helveticus.
Lactobacillus helveticus preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. helveticus preparations by at least two hours.
B. longum Rosell-175
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking Bifidobacterium longum with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of B. longum.
Since B. longum preparations usually contain live and active organisms, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and B. longum preparations by at least 2 hours.
