Lily of the Valley
Lily of the valley (Convallaria majalis) is a small, herbaceous plant that is native to Europe and Asia and is known for its bell-shaped flowers and its red berries, which grow in the summer and fall. It is a popular ornamental plant. Lily of the valley has been traditionally used for cardiovascular conditions but is not recommended due to safety concerns. It contains cardiac glycosides, similar to digoxin, which are extremely poisonous if used incorrectly. Lily of the valley gained popular notoriety from the television show 'Breaking Bad' in the United States as the plant used by Walter White to poison another individual.

Khella
Khella (Ammi visnaga) is a plant native to the Meditearran region and has traditionally been used as an herbal supplement. Khella contains several constituents, including 'khellin', which is found in the seeds of the plant. Khellin dietary supplements have been used to treat a variety of ailments, particularly respiratory problems such as asthma and bronchitis, and cardiovascular issues such as angina pectoris. It is believed to work by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways, making it easier to breathe. It also is thought to dilate the blood vessels, which can help to lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to the heart. Khella has also been used for dermatological conditions, such as psoriasis and vitiligo.
