- Suggested use: Depending upon personal tolerance, mix either one-half (1/2) scoop or one full scoop of GUSST with 4-6 ounces of water 15 to 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed one full scoop in a 24-hour period. Do not combine with other stimulants.
